World Ten Ball Championship 2009 will be help in Cebu, Philippines. After the successful celebration of the first World Ten Ball Championship last year in Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), the tournament will be held again in the Philippines outside the Metro Manila.

WBTC 2009 is the first project of Billiards Snooker Congress of the Philippines (BSCP), where in they were the one who bring World Pool Championship in two straight year 2006 and 2007. WTBC 2009 will be held in Mandaue City, Cebu on October 5-11, 2009.
