Flower Festival also known as Panagbenga is celebrated yearly during month of February. Panagbenga is the major event here in Baguio City. The whole month of February is full of major and minor activities such as floral parade, float parades, street dancing, band exhibition, live concerts and many more.

Going to the brief history of Flower Festival, it was started  year 1995 by Damaso E. Bangaoet, Jr. The word Panagbenga is an Kankanaey term, meaning “a season of blooming”.
